I think jailing climate change deniers is hyperbole, but I have heard him say something more neutral about guns. I dont know how to resolve his disconnect between bitcoin and free speech for liberty but weapons somehow arent necessary.

The gun debate is no different than the abortion debate for most democrats, and for republicans there is no middle ground which is the way it needs to be. The problem is that RFK Jr. as a potential defender of civil rights as president can't be given a pass on holding the mainstream democrat position on either, at least not after the primary, but after the primary he won't have credibility if he changes it. On the topic of abortion I hold a nonstandard position which isnt important to my point. However on modern means of defense and the right for the states to legislate a means to organize a proper militia, any federal intereference, including by the judiciary, has to stop and I mean right now. Screaming "what about the children" is a red herring while the feds build their siege wall, and like it or not the American people are under siege.

Regardless, you're right, he wont be allowed to win.
