It's more like tomato kombucha with the vinegar
Hmmm... I would suggest it's more like a shrub than a fermented beverage like kombucha.
I only say this cause I made my own ketchup recently out of the pulp leftovers from making Prickly Pear syrup, fermented with cabbage lactobacilli, and I wanted to shoehorn it into a conversation with someone.
