U.S. President Donald J. Trump said he held a “very good conversation” this morning with Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul and Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet, announcing that the two leaders have agreed to a ceasefire taking effect this evening and will return to compliance with the Kuala Lumpur Peace Accord signed in October.
