Linux 6.5 kernel released, new features include P-State support for AMD Ryzen processors, improved load balancing for Intel Alder Lake CPUs, and ACPI support for RISC-V architecture. Linux 6.5 also supports USB 4v2 and is prepared for the future arrival of Wi-Fi 7, but the Bcachefs filesystem did not make it into this release.
