sadly, most nostr client devs are from the Reddit school of "mute" and don't understand what it should actually do

leaving revealers for me and provoking me with "hidden responses" should be optional... and both #coracle and #nostrudel do this as do most of them

mute should be so quiet i don't even know i didn't hear something, not a whisper "here's some bullshit, i dare you to look"
