Nostr has certainly been easier to onboard then #SSB and any of its tangent apps.
Although I wish I could find some of those community/ppl over here.

Nice idea. Could perhaps also try and find matches from your address book? (If permitted).
One of my favorite things about newbies onboarding to nostr, damus is that it teaches the lesson to escape the fiat matrix of having to provide your documents, phone #, and mothers maiden name to access a product, or service.
One interesting thing about twtr user handle discovery is that you can use anyone’s twtr handle.
