Good morning #coffeechain ☕️

Today's daily brew at the fiat mines is accompanied by a slice of homemade pear pie I baked last night.

The light flaky crust is sweetened with just a pinch of sugar and dusted with cinnamon.

The ripe Bartlett pear slices are embraced with a sweet, syrupy glaze infused with plenty of nutmeg and a dash of cinnamon.

My mug of daily brew is enhanced with only cream and no sweetener to balance the flavors of pie and coffee.

While the presentation is not so great, I dare any chain store coffee shop to create something better!😁😋☕️🥧
