Ive heard you can heal your eyes with red light therapy. I believe Egyptians would use this practice by looking in the suns direction during dawn and dusk. Ive heard anecdotal stories of complete recovery.

Im just speaking as a lay person here. But I’ve come to think that most people are scammed into thinking they need glasses. Poor diets as children can cause weak eyes. Glasses for some people are like putting training wheels back on the bike. (Same with sunglasses. Sunglasses are a scam. Let the sun shine in)

At the very least. From my understanding, red light therapy can stagnate further denigration.
