I haven't had any issues with mine so maybe bad batch 🤔 I believe they have a good warranty and will replace them for you. My friend's Xero sandals got messed up pretty fast but they sent him a new pair relatively quickly. Good customer service at least from my experience. There are other barefoot brands as well I believe that may be worth trying 👟
