In that generation, I really enjoy Gomez and her relationship. It’s very weird but unstrained. It flows naturally and is loving without giving a damn what anyone else thinks.

Facts.
I think I might be biased because I'm a 90s kid so that was the first incarnation that I've seen. That and the cartoon which is basically the comic🤷🏽 but I feel like they did a fantastic job of making them real in the world, setting up the world, and making them both true to character as well as true to like monster lore which made them more realistic right? Therefore creepy? But still not showing a lot so making it fun and light for kids and families. 🤷🏽
I dunno. This is my the dark Knight argument making batman more real and dark. Even though I hate that argument because a lot of Batman villains are outlandish do I want SOME element of Burton in em🤷🏽
Maybe I just like Burton. That's the theme here.
