Starting to think the only benefit to insurance is one number to call to get contractors in to fix stuff, and if they do a bad job, it's their problem. Impossible to find good artisans. Google Maps? Think painters have good SEO? And who cares about the employer, it's the actual artisan that matters at the end of the day.
