Have you already removed yourself from all centralized networks?

Google, banking ect would see IP

Don't use google. Use a VPN with bank.

They negotiate the tunnel between your devices and in some cases even relay all encrypted traffic. So yes.

If you are uncomfortable with that, consider running Headscale on a cheap VPS.

Been running headscale for a while! Works great for everything except graphene where logginf in simply does not work for me at all anymore.
