Maybe this is odd but idk if telling people to quit their jobs or “do better” is a good approach. The idea is you contribute in a way you can and hopefully it is productive. If not then you get there. That idea is motivating. Not Zap here zap there lol idk if that’s a good way to go. I get the idea but at the end of the day you are telling people to get more money so you have enough to give away.
