The German police state has formally arrived. Incredible backlash after Germany's far-left Interior Minister Nancy Faeser uses Stasi methods and unilaterally bans Compact Magazine and orders police to raid the private homes of the publisher and employees with over 200 police officers. Vice President of the Bundestag Wolfang Kubicki (FDP) suggested Faeser may have to resign, writing: "If the ban is lifted by the courts, which I fear, the resignation of the Minister of the Interior is inevitable...the constitution must be observed meticulously, particularly to protect the constitution."
