Because humans are tribal. We aren’t meant to be in large groups than people drastically different that ourselves. Every time you do, it creates issues. One can wish it wasn’t the case, but one would then be ignoring how humans are wired. Instead of pretending inconvenient truths exist, I believe it’s better to work with what I’d natural.
