Replying to nobody

I just ordered an Ellipal Cold wallet and used their Bitcoin pay via crypto .com but nothing happened when I sent it.

What do you mean nothing happened? You did not receive it on the specified address?

Do you have a transaction ID that you can check out?

What is Ellipal cold wallet? Never heard of that.
