Confirmed that @npub1qtvl2em0llpnnllffhat8zltugwwz97x79gfmxfz4qk52n6zpk3qq87dze is filtering Inscriptions as "spam" today, with no recourse for miners until Stratumv2 is live "over the next year".

As far as I know, #Bitcoin core already has filter named "standard transaction". Is it also censorship for you?
