I'm talking about like in May when fees went over 30 sat/vB, or 2017 when it went over 50, or 2021 over 60.

I don't imagine we've seen the top, and in a proper bull market these scenarios could extend longer. It doesn't seem like a done deal imo.

I would call this a feature of bitcoin rather than a concern.

The concern is that lightning and LN Node operators needs to evolve to handle this more appropriately.

That's closer to what I'm looking for: lightning needing to evolve. In May people just started using Litecoin. 🤣
