Yea, I did it in the past for several months (so cold as it can get out of the faucet, I would say 9-14°C).

And now I try to include it in my daily routine.

Actually I'm at 23°C so its a long way šŸ˜…

9-14degrees Celsius? Wow! That's cold. I shower at about 18-20 degrees Celsius and am already proud of it šŸ˜‚

I try to end every shower with straight cold water. Love it. Feels like taking an anti inflammatory to me.

I’d probably have to use a chest freezer plugged in to get the water to the right temp or add a couple bags of ice to a tub.

If you just turn on the cold faucet right now I’d guess the water is in the upper 70-80 degree range.

About 26 degrees Celsius

Yes! Cold rinse for 30 seconds (hella long in winter I promise), is ideal, to close pores and feel refreshed after the torpor of the hot water. Supposedly increases adipose fat, idk how. Good luck now getting cool for anyone on city water. Our well is still chill, because it goes deep. We have to change our house water filter every 3 months.…

Nice. Even the lake I went to recently with an average depth of 125 ft. felt close to bath water temperature.

Free sauna/ steamy room outside right now though.
