I am not sure on this one. AFAIK right now we have smaller army than what we have after the sactions after ww1. This makes me think that the salaries aren't high enough for new soldiers to join.

Also our equipment is almost fully soviet era equipment.

BTW may I ask why are watching Bulgarian TV?

Not only they are pretty rotound but they are also bretty rounded 😅. Our military is alwful
