Seems like some essential peace of mind feature. Agreed eventually
It sort of works well with having your main, (in my case amethyst) blocking these things and then for me a desktop client like satellite or primal which doesn't have the word filters. Just in case people reply to you with these words lol or there is the very rare topic of interest with them.
