Since I believe Rira-san was into product management, Bangalore will be the city to visit. It's the start-up hub of India.

As a tourist, it's difficult to be partial to a specific part of India, but I think Rira-san would enjoy Rajasthan (Jaipur, Jodhpur & especially Udaipur) as it's full of palaces & desert 😅
