Okay, got that bite now!

Right around the 100-hour mark and I'm breaking the water fast with some bananas, apples, and ground flax seed. Following-up with some oatmeal. The core benefits have been actualized. Considering a 2-3 day fast each month going forward. Regret not weighing myself to report on the fat burn, will get it in next time.
