Tough call, but I personally, apart from e-mail list leak back in 2019 (it must have been the CIA motherfuckers, IMO), never had a problem with BitMEX...

Until recently they ONLY employed strictly 1x per day withdrawals, nowadays it's 1x per day for larger withdrawals, real-time withdrawals for smaller amounts. Massive insurance fund, I only pity a bit the fact that they ever started to shitcoin...

That said, they are still a 3rd party and should be treated as such - you never want to hold anything on exchanges that you don't necessarilly need for speculation or hedging.
