you can restore them in nostr gram
login there,
then open your profile in left corner,
then you will see green button “show following history”
there will be recording of who you followed on each date - and you can restore them

personally, i don’t use it either - it has different feed previews - more tumble-ish for my taste
but i admire the fact we have many clients so everyone can find one which will suits him best, bc each client is driven to make ui as comfortable as possible and add as many handy features like this as possible 😤
