Oh.

So now the White House want p2p digital cash to be illegal under the PATRIOT act

and two developers have already pled guilty to facilitating private transactions.

I'm shocked that a transparent ledger doesn't protect its users and devs 😕

No, because if you exchange between crypto currencies then it's obviously money laundering. Monero is only for baby killers.

Recall what happened in order for the Patriot Act to get implemented. Current USA admin could really use a big distraction right now. 🤔

Then no double standard. The gov should use a public and transparent ledger so the people can trace every tax dollar, all military and war spending, etc.
