Attention basically controls how you're spending your time. So by understanding and guarding value of your attention you're indirectly managing value of your time.

It's more of a current. To use it optimally you must remain aware of the fact that you're bleeding it out constantly.

Alternatively you could compare time to inflating fiat but comparing time to some retarded FED notes feels kinda distasteful.
