Yes- except the number that fluctuates in the former is printed endlessly, while the number that fluctuates in the latter is finite.

$690,000 per bitcoin will be meaningless when a Big Mac costs $150.

1$ now can get me 1449 sats.

1$ then will get me 149 sats.

In the first 10 years, the sats per dollar was too high to have meaning.

Now the dollars per bitcoin number is getting too high to have meaning.

The mental shift is important. It helps us understand that the dollar is going down, compared to everything else “going up”

We can’t expect the entire world to hold 100,000,000 sats- so why not demonstrate how many of them they can actually afford?
