I dont have a recipe per se, i just put it in the crockpot, added salt, pepper. Then cut up some onions, carrots, and lots of fresh garlic. I've done it this way before, and it turned out very tasty and super tender. I think its one of those cuts that's highly underrated.

Thanks--for whatever reason, it's one of our least favorite cuts (but other rave about it) so looking for "the answer" and what we've been missing.
Right now, we tend to just make it into soup...(which seems similar to what you're doing)... 😃 so maybe we're on the right track...
