Hot pan s&p and a bit of marinade for flavor I'll pour on it while cooking. Then slice and enjoy. Still tasty raw tuna on the interior
There really is very little prep!
Tomorrow Iβll cut it into nice cubes, lightly sear, toss in toasted sesame seeds, and drizzle on my very own tare.
I promised all my clients and coworkers poke bowls for lunch tomorrow! πͺπΌπͺπΌπͺπΌ
