On the show they say that there are already 80 million Americans that don't file. I wondered how many of those include children that don't have to file? But if 80 million is an accurate figure, how many would be enough for critical mass?

He also said the IRS haven't gone after all of these people (for obvious reasons if the numbers are true). If the numbers are accurate, then critical mass has already been reached. It's just about educating the reminder of the population at this point.
