Just finished my day making sweet sweet love to the offset smoker. Started with 4 beef ribs and an ox cheek. Only did one as I've never tried it before. Decided late on to throw on a side of salmon while the charcoal was still raging hot and it came out so fine. #foodstr #bbqstr #smokestr
