Tbh if they were going to draft up something, this is about as sound as it gets

1) just holding Bitcoin they already have

2) when they buy more (oh they will) it’ll be in budget neutral ways. They’re not trying to find ways to piss off Americans, will look for creative solutions for money that wouldn’t otherwise be spent on other things.

Hopefully this is less polarizing. Of course so many will shit on this that already just hate bitcoin and aren’t open to any reason
