Got a 7-11 energy drink. Noticed all the weird trademark's on the back so I checked out the ingredients. Wtf is dicaffeine malate? CellFlo6? Alpha GPC? I know these energy drinks are awful for you but wtf?

AlphaGPC is a wonderful neurotropic, harmless and gives great focus. The other two you mention are also fine. Its the aesulfame potassium you want to avoid. All the rest is nothing to worry about
