Ya I can’t remember the exact percentage, but we always end up giving a lot away.
We don’t pay any personal tax though.

My employer pays taxes on the money he gives me. I then pay taxes on it. It’s the Canadian special🥲🤣
Yes, he also has to pay a portion of your cpp & wsib also.
Even us being owner/operators, we still have to pay cpp which is bullshit. I don’t want a pension plan, I want my money now!
I hear ya though, and then we pay shitloads in more taxes on everything else we buy with the money that’s already been taxed.
A lot of people are still completely unaware of this, or don’t care and just think that’s the way it’s always been so it must be right.
