My entire family has been in real estate, I had the chance to get into the real estate game about 20-25yrs ago and I’m glad I never did.

I’ve watched my family deal with shitty tenants, get sued by tenants and have their lives consumed by these buildings. Not to mention the capital gains tax on secondary properties.

It just never made sense to me…
