sent some more btc to my #cakewallet last night from #coinbase. but, it didn't hit #cake. mempool dot space shows it with a bunch of #confirmations, but the cake wallet didn't see it. re-set the connection. "connecting"

"synchronized" then

"not connected" "connecting"

"not connected"

"connecting"

"not connected"

"connecting"

this happened a few times, then finally...

"synchronized" and the btc is there.

i'm going to try and convert to #monero... again. be back in a bit...

is there a "minimum" amount to swap?

there's about .0004 btc and it's not enough for cake to convert? cmon!!

not able to #convert so now I'm waiting for #cake to #sync so I can send my #btc out of this piece of #shitapp. I can't wait to #uninstall this #app

ok, apparently #tor is the problem. had to turn that off. but... then no more tor.

tried the convert again. worked, but I'm waiting for blocks to process. so, not instantaneous. wasn't expecting it to do this. waiting...

the waiting is rhe hardest part....

25000+ blocks remaining...

still waiting...

connecting

not connected

connecting

not connected

still over 25k blocks remaining.

I started all this last night!!

maybe its me, but this shit has to be easier. if you're recommending cake to normies, forget it.

And just when you think it's almost done, suddenly a million extra blocks remaining come out of nowhere and you're back at square 1

Cake... Great concept but horrible app. It's always been buggy for me too. The "send max" button always breaks it so there's always dust leftover in the bitcoin wallets. And good luck trying to sync the XMR wallets. They even did shotgun KYC on me once. Ugh.

what are you using?

All those problems within CakeWallet itself.

23k block still remain.

still waiting...

16k blocks remaining

lol. this is a joke, right?

cmon, #cake! jeez!

FINALLY. it's done.

but now what? I have some #xmr in a #wallet that's a #shitapp
