Another user finds out that Amethyst is autoblocking and shadowbanning users

This is done by the dev to filter out what he thinks is spam

Self-shilling a fork of a project is not spam, no matter how much you insist on it being so.

Now is it a bit much?

Yes, and I'll agree on THAT point solely.

Spam, no.

Vitor is a fucking retard. That is also misleading. I quit nostr during that time and just posted that about twice a day at spread-out times.

How is that spam?

It's not, unless you search someone's profile for post keywords and deliberately misrepresent that as the only shit you post.

It costs me nothing to just ditch Amethyst fully and use any web client with either Amber or Bunker support (the latter of which is supported by the former).

Just deleted it finally too.

Fuck you Vitor!

:anyasmug:

you. ffmpeg. now.

blame google for making their screen recording bloated despite its simplicity (I agree)

best 26 mb ever

Shiiiiiiiiiieeeet

Just like that?

DATS RITE

True, he did.

maybe amethyst should have this

How does this anti-spam filter on Amethyst work? What sets Verita84's posts apart from someone who says "GM ☕🫂" every day or AIs that respond to people instantly?

If he deletes all those posts, is the shadowban lifted?
