I paid $300 for the very first Nakamichi reversible cassette player. I used to just hang out in the audio store every Saturday, after my stops at the record store and the comic book store.

So yeah, I had one of them, but double wide and all black components. Even delved into two turntables and a mixer at one point. Never did get that parametric equalizer though...
