i just came from the fediverse which started nicely and now its falling apart

To be honest i am afraid.

i want a decentralized social network to succeed

Well, this is not the Fedicerse. Here, you will see a LOT of people disagreeing with one another but move forward together. True decentralization is this.

i was kinda shocked to see people not having faith

Its nice to see a dev with such faith in their own work
