Kind 3 may be useful adding to the list. You can do a lot with 0/3/10002.

yeah, but afaik clients are not using kind `3` to assess relays a user writes to, whereas NIP-65 is specifically for that and I think that's the model that will win.
At the end of the day, it's on clients (or relay proxies and aggregators to make use of these data)
Yep. I meant more for the contact lists, than the EOL relay meta content.
0/3/10002 are the most important events to be the latest version, without clients updating old state and publishing over an unknown newer event.
