I’m from a different country and we have different acronyms and numbers for the same crap, my first job was as private contractor and since I was young I opted out of this entire bs. 15 years later and I still can’t opt in, I run the numbers every year and I am certain I can make better choices and hedge myself anyways. I do have a life insurance since I started having dependents though
