Remember in the 90s and early 2000s how just about every primetime show had at least 1 episode about the evils of the internet? Usually it was a lot more than that. And a lot of people we knew felt the same way.

I know a lot of corporations are making bad decisions regarding how technology should be used, but that's not a good reason to hate the technology itself.

Okay, I may have to take at least some of this back. I do kind of resent how everything these days is tied to apps, and if you don't have or can't use a Smartphone you're pretty much left out of all of it.
