I Deleted Instagram.

I have never used FB.

I only have a anon X account for occasional news never post.

Don't use TikTok.

Don't use SnapChat.

I Use #Nostr Daily. 🫡🫂✌️

well done you! You are doing yourself a service and not get addicted by the algo. When I was consuming Tiktok content, I felt my brain was f*ck and fried! My attention span was out of whack! 😤😬
