Super easy. We make probably 24-36 a week (in a few batches).

1. Prick your egg bottoms.

2. Place in pot.

3. Fill with cold water to one knuckle over eggs.

4. Bring to a boil uncovered stirring eggs gently occasionally.

5. When water comes to a rolling boil, turn off heat, cover pot and let site for 10 minutes.

6. Dump hot water and rinse eggs with cold water while shaking the pot back and forth to crack eggs. Do this 4 times.

7. Cover eggs with cold water and peel asap.

You’ll get perfect yellow yolks and easy to peel eggs almost every time.

Tip: The older the eggs, the easier to peel.

that's similar to the way I do it. I stopped pricking the bottoms, though.

oh, save the water you boiled them in... it's rich in calcium. don't just dump it down the drain, that's a waste.

Interesting. Hadn't heard that before. Makes sense though
