Vaccines are life extension medical achievements. Operation warp speed was a freedom initiative.
If it was non existent, a 300% rise means nothing. I don't doubt the correlation I just find the use of % in this way pretty deceptive. It's the same tactics they use to get you to accept certain medical treatments.
