Good morning! Are you finally feeling recovered?
Yep! No symptoms of being contagious! My energy levels are still a little low and I still have some issues with being able to focus but I was informed that that can take months to clear up. Overall Iβm thankful!
Eat clean, walk as much as you can and you'll feel better soon enough! π
Telling someone who doesnβt have a car and walks *everywhere* to βwalk as much as you canβ is kind of absurd tbh π
Well... Yes. But... That's still the best advice I've got.
I have not been eating the most clean tbh π one of my side jobs is part time at fast food coffee chain (think: coffee, donuts, breakfast sandwiches where there is def some weird preservative stuff in the eggs) so I could improve there. I eat a lot at that job though because I am poor and the food is free for me as a worker! But walking! I would like to do less of that π
