The privacy and security space is one of the most toxic on the internet. It seems to attract many of a certain kind of paranoid and hostile personality that is neither healthy nor productive to interact with regularly in this context.

For this reason and more, I will be posting less about digital privacy and security as a primary focus on this account moving forward.

I always tell people that I prefer preparation over paranoia. One is productive. The other isn't. Of course, I often have to stop and check myself and realign with what's healthy for me. I look forward to seeing more from you.

I do. However, due to its personalized nature, time and spaces are limited. I have a few spots opening up soon, but to be honest, I can't help everyone, and not everyone is a good fit. I'm only working with people in this capacity on a "best fit" basis.

Send a DM telling me a little about what you expect to achieve and why. I'll look it over with the other submissions this month. If it sounds like I can add massive value, I'll share the details of what I have to offer, the cost, and we'll see if we're a good fit to move forward.

I understand what you're getting at, but people are watching you, and awareness of this fact is important.

Government overreach and surveillance capitalism is a very real threat to feedom and privacy. You cannot have freedom without privacy.

However, responding strategically and with situational awareness is much healthier and more effective than reacting with a hostility that more resembles a kind of paranoid schizophrenia.

No disrespect intended, and much love to those who have this condition and are working on it.

yes, i missed the “i’m aware of being watched” type - that’s the one we should be to effectively fight for change while still having a decent life. it’s just that i’ve met a few severely paranoid guys, and hell, they’re the most unhappy ones i know :(
