Serious question: If I had a magic wand or $1 trillion dollars, what could I do to bypass Apple and other huge companies so that we could continue building and growing the vibrant, amazing, censorship-resistant Nostr ecosystem we all desire?

You don't need either.

Use Android and even if Google blocks an app from the Play Store you can just use F-Droid or download direct from GitHub.
