All I mean by this is that no one calls facial tissues "facial tissues", they call them kleenex. The term has transcended the brand.

Tweets were a great innovation, and likewise have transcended all the trappings that go along with Twitter the company. So for all of you out there saying "reeee don't use the word tweet", just substitute "kleenex" or "xerox" for "tweet" and then listen to yourself.

I just call tissues tissues, but if you want to keep using the word tweet, f the haters. Who are they to tell you what to do?
